Why we invest in our staff

As many of our staff are formerly incarcerated, survivors of violence, and/or in substance use or mental health recovery, it is our priority to invest in their wealth and well-being.

Robust medical, dental, and vision plans
Retirement plans with an employer contribution, regardless of employee match. We also intend to find a plan that divests from prison labor.
A vacation bonus for taking five consecutive days of vacation where staff fully unplug from work
