- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose, and your message. We use this to respond to you and to route your message to the right person on our team.
- Newsletter signup: your email address. We use it to send you news from the farm, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
- Applications and farm tours: if you download our residency application or book a farm tour, the information you provide is used only to process your application or visit.
Donations and purchases
We do not process payments on this website. Donations are handled by Network for Good, and purchases from our shop are handled by Shopify. When you give or buy through those services, their privacy policies apply to the payment information you provide. We receive the details we need to thank you, send receipts, and fulfill orders.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our site, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are located. This information is collected in aggregate and does not tell us who you are. We use it to improve the site, not for advertising. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Third-party services
Parts of our site rely on trusted services, including Webflow (website hosting), Klaviyo (newsletter), Zapier (form routing), Calendly (tour scheduling), Network for Good (donations), Shopify (shop), and Instagram (embedded videos). These services may set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies.
How we protect and share your information
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services listed above so they can do their work for us, or when required by law. Access to what you send us is limited to the Benevolence Farm staff who need it.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@benevolencefarm.org. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
